Important: We do not collect biometric identifiers or use face data for identity verification. All face data is used solely for creative AI processing and is automatically deleted after processing is complete.

Face data from your uploaded images is used exclusively for:

• Applying AI filters and artistic styles to your photos

Face data is never used for identity verification, surveillance, or biometric identification purposes.

4.1 Face Data Storage and Sharing

• Face data is stored temporarily on our secure servers during processing

• Face data is never shared with third parties

• Face data is not used for advertising or analytics purposes

• All face data is automatically deleted immediately after AI processing is complete

• We do not create permanent face templates or biometric profiles

4.2 Security Notice

While we implement strong security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our App, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

5.1 Face Data Retention

• Original uploaded images containing face data: Deleted immediately after AI processing is complete (typically within minutes)

• Extracted facial feature data: Never stored permanently, deleted immediately after processing

• Generated content (filtered images/videos): Stored until you delete them or delete your account

5.2 General Data Retention

We retain other personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. When you delete your account, all your personal information and generated content will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
